The facts are, employers who implement a solid onboarding strategy won’t just get a more productive and loyal crew—they actually save time on hiring, have fewer injuries, and compete for the best people in their local job market.

3 The new generation of workers will respect you, the company, and their position more when you take the time to show them what you expect from them and what they can expect from you. That means they’ll work harder and stay longer.
